11 AM MST. We design each arrangement fresh using seasonal flowers and personally hand-deliver our florals throughout Boulder and surrounding areas whenever possible.

 

Unlike many larger floral companies, we do not outsource deliveries to third-party courier services. We deeply value the gifting experience from beginning to end and believe thoughtful flower delivery is part of the artistry itself.

Because we work with fresh seasonal flowers, exact flower varieties may vary slightly based on availability. However, we always design in the same overall style and value shown in the product photo.

Can I request specific flowers?

 

Absolutely. If there are flowers you especially love — or flowers you would prefer we avoid — please leave a note during checkout or contact us directly.

Please note that certain premium or seasonal blooms may require advance ordering. If a particular flower is especially important to you, providing at least one full week of notice will usually allow us to source it whenever possible.

Do you call ahead before delivery?

 

Because flowers are often sent as a surprise gift, we typically do not call ahead before delivery. This allows us to preserve the gifting experience while still taking great care with every delivery.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

 

If no one answers the door, we will first call the recipient and leave a voicemail if needed. We will then additionally send a text message.

​

Our policy is to never leave flowers in unsafe or damaging conditions. Most flowers tolerate cool temperatures quite well and are generally fine for a few hours down to approximately 33 degrees. However, direct sun, extreme heat, heavy wind, or completely unsheltered conditions are not suitable for fresh flowers.

​

If we do not feel the flowers can safely remain outside, we will attempt to leave them with a nearby neighbor for safekeeping until the recipient returns home. We will then provide the recipient with both a voicemail and text message directing them to the neighbor caring for their flowers.

​

We put a tremendous amount of care into every arrangement and always want our flowers to arrive looking as beautiful as intended.

​

How long will the flowers last?

 

Most arrangements last approximately 5–7 days or longer with proper care. Some flowers naturally last much longer.

​

For best results:

  • Keep flowers out of direct sunlight

  • Change water regularly

  • Trim stems every few days

  • Keep arrangements away from heat sources

 

Do you offer pet-safe flowers?

 

Some flowers are safer for pets than others. If you need a pet-conscious arrangement, please let us know and we will do our best to design accordingly.
